2023 Waiting List (Rego) Form

The South Island Agricultural Field Days (SIAFD) main attraction of the field days is the machinery demonstrations. Exhibits pertaining directly to primary production or other commodities such as services, fencing, veterinary, chemicals or workshop tools, are also encouraged.
 
The South Island Agricultural Field Days (SIAFD) attracts close to 30,000 of the farming public across three days.  It will be open to the public from 8.00am until 5.00pm, from Wednesday 29 March to Friday 31 March 2023.

5. Additional Day Admission Passes

The opportunity to purchase additional online day passes at $12 + GST each (includes booking fee) will be available closer to the event. You will still require a pass for each person on your site to enter the gates. Passes will be collected. Passes will be issued with information in January. No refund or replacement for passes lost or mislaid. Entry without a pass is $20.00 per person per day, as there is no exception, please make this clear to all staff on your site.

 

6. Terms & Conditions of Registration

The committee reserves the right to cancel the Site Contract and to retain any money paid in relation thereto if there is, in the opinion of the committee, any infringement of any of the conditions, and/or if the exhibitor does not occupy the site at the commencement of and during the full period of the Field Days.

If the Field Days Committee finds it necessary to cancel or postpone the South Island Agricultural Field Days 2023, the Site Contract shall cease to operate upon notice to that effect in South Island metropolitan daily newspapers signed by the Chairman.  The Field Days Committee shall not be liable to the exhibitor for any compensation whether on the grounds of loss of profit or otherwise in respect of such cancelling or postponement, but the exhibitor shall be entitled to a refund of money paid by the exhibitor to the Field Days in relation to the Site Contract.

Exhibitors cancelling their Site Contract after Friday 10 February 2023 are not eligible for any refunds.

Cancellations prior to this date will incur an administration fee of $150. If the organisers make the call to cancel SIAFD due to COVID-19 then there will be no fee applicable.

If we cannot accommodate your site request at time of allocation, you will be refunded in full.

It is hereby agreed that by completing this application our organisation will comply with the terms and conditions of the South Island Agricultural Field Days 2023 Terms & Conditions of this agreement.

The SIAFD is a story of success. It has been the result of hard work by young farmers since 1951. About 175 members have served on the organising committee and several hundred others have worked during the field days providing the hands on approach needed to prepare for and run successful events.
