This form is for marquee exemption applications for marquees over 100m2. It must be submitted before 1st February 2019.
You can either download a copy of the application form (download link) and e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org OR fill in an online version below.
The following documentation will be required for both versions:
- Floorplan diagram.
- Marquee Fabric Fire test for flammability AS 1530.2.
- Producer Statement (PS1) for the design of the marquee.
- If your estimated maximum occupant load of people in your marquee will be 100+ then you will need to submit an evacuation procedure with a designated fire warden. You can submit this separately to email@example.com by the 1st February, for approval by Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
These need to be attached to the copy you send to us OR uploaded as part of the form below.
Please note; for marquees with large occupant numbers of 100+ pax, an evacuation procedure with designated Fire Warden, needs to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 1st February, for approval by Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
Important! Please ensure uploaded documents are individually less than 4MB otherwise they may not get through.

This information will generally be supplied by the Marquee Hire Company, which the exhibitor should be responsible for obtaining and attaching to this application.
