Online application for exhibitors at South Island Agricultural Field Days (SIAFD) is now open and organisers urge anyone who is interested in reserving a site to act quickly.
SIAFD take place Wednesday 29 March to Friday 31 March 2017 at their new permanent home on Courtney Road, Kirwee.
Field days Secretary Nicola Burgess says any agribusiness company that wants to book space for the 2017 event can do so on the SIAFD website here
The website has an online application form
as well as a prospectus
with information for exhibitors about how the field days will be run, payment, advertising options, and award competitions.
Nicola says the SIAFD’s organising committee is looking forward to building on the success of its 2015 event, which was the first at its Kirwee site.
“Working bees have already started preparing the site for next year’s field days,”
“The layout of the site will be similar to last year although exactly where different categories of exhibitors will be located is yet to be finalised. This means exhibitors can register now, but sites will be allocated at a later date.
“We will continue our focus on being a demonstration-based field day and we want to see even more machinery on display in 2017.”
Nicola says there is already strong interest in SIAFD 2017. Applications opened on July 29th and more than 50 regular exhibitors registered on the first day.
There could easily be more applicants than available sites.
